Light My Way

Those who pass over suddenly deprive their psychic and spiritual bodies of nourishment. For this, you can call upon the fire of wisdom and light to transform all impurities into positive energies. Help them to move on by clearing all selfish, passionate impulses; all manifestations of the lower nature; all jealousy, envy, anger, sensuality, lust, greed, fear, guilt, darkness, and deceit. Throw these burdens onto the fire and let them burn to produce light and heat. Family and friends should not mourn but pray and allow the departed to move on.

Light a candle. In your mind’s eye, ask the light to help them sacrifice all old, worn-out, impure elements, transforming them into light and heat (wisdom and love). All ancient mystics know this simple truth. It’s not complicated to assist a departed spirit in crossing over. Ancient Hindus practice Agni Hotra (Fire Sacrifice), while North American Indigenous peoples conduct sweat lodges. Cultures such as the Incan, Peruvian, Mexican, and many others have revered light in various forms through sacrifices, offerings, prayers, and meditations.

The experience of mystics reveals the sacred light that burns away all impurities and transforms scattered thoughts, emotions, and gestures into a single flame. It is a blaze of light and warmth, allowing us to think and feel as light does (wisdom and love) in higher realms.

All planets orbiting the Sun also sacrifice themselves to it. The light of the Sun serves as a focal point of convergence for all energies and emanations of the invisible entities that inhabit our solar system. The Sun is the heart, the altar of sacrifice. All entities are nourished and sustained by the sacred light of the Sun. The benefits of the whole universe lie in the mystery of light. Light is the mystery of life. The light within us is the spark of life that dwells in the heart of our spiritual essence.
